Russia’s Putin: OPEC oil output cut deal could last until end of 2018, if agreed

Russian President Vladimir Putin crossed the wires in the past hour saying that almost all countries are complying with the OPEC oil output cut deal and extension of the pact could last until end of next year, if agreed.
