US: NAHB Housing Market Index improves to 70 in November

The Housing Market Index (HMI) released by the National Association of Home Builders rose to 70 in November from 68 in October. Further details of the report showed that the index of current single-family home sales improved to 77 from 75, the index of prospective buyers advanced to 50 from 48, and the index of home sales over the next six months inched lower to 77 from 78.
