IMF's Lagarde: it would be best for Euro-area to prepare now for the next crisis

Christine Lagarde, the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), while speaking to Bloomberg TV earlier today was noted saying:

   •  A Euro-area capital market union is needed in view of Brexit
   •  Suggests year-end goal for Euro-area integration accord
   •  Germany, France should join to move Euro-area forward
   •  German current account surplus remains too high
   •  It's time for Germany to rebalance with investment
