Bank of Italy's Panetta: ECB's expansionary monetary policy should stay for long period of time

The Italian central bank's deputy director general, Fabio Panetta, is out on the wires, via Reuters, saying that the ECB monetary policy should stay expansionary for long period of time and that there is no reason to believe ECB policy normalization would shock financial system, economy if it is done gradually.
