IMF's Lagarde: trade continues to work, though not perfect for all

Following her speech in Hong Kong, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Christine Lagarde now speaks to Bloomberg TV on the recent hot topic of trade tariffs.

   •  Trade issues can't be fixed with unilateral threats
   •  Important to do more trade, including E-commerce
   •  Have to support trade and do so collectively
   •  "Let us not rock that boat of growth", confidence is key
   •  Global growth momentum is still there
