UK's Brexit Minister Barclay: Parliament will pass a law to block no-deal Brexit

The UK Brexit secretary, Stephen Barclay was out with some comments in the last hour saying that Labour has the opportunity to stand by its manifesto promise to honour the Brexit vote.
