UK lawmaker Boris Johnson: We will leave EU on October 31 deal or no deal

While speaking at an economic conference in Switzerland, British lawmaker Boris Johnson, who is one of the likely candidates to replace Theresa May as the prime minister, said that they were at a very interesting point in the political history and added that the verdict of the people had been "lost and muddled" in the parliamentary process. Johnson further stated that they would leave the EU on October 31 whether or not they have a deal.
