ECB's De Guindos: Governing Council stands ready to adjust all of its instruments, as appropriate

European Central Bank vice president Luis de Guindos crossed the wires, via Reuters, in the last minutes, reiterating that the bank's Governing Council is determined to act in case of adverse contingencies and stands ready to adjust all of its instruments, as appropriate.
