Democrat Presidential Candidate Biden: Controlling coronavirus is priority

Democrat party’s presidential candidate Joe Biden was out on the wires a few minutes ago stating that the first step (following election victory) would be to take control of the coronavirus. 

“We would deploy rapid tests right away,” Biden said. 

Coronavirus outbreak roiled the US economy in the second quarter, causing a record 32.9% contraction and pushing millions out of work.
