Brexit deal has been reached, officials say - Bloomberg

Officials say a Brexit deal has been finalised, reported Bloomberg. The Brexit deal will now go to UK PM Boris Johnson and EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen for approval. 

EU Brexit Negotiator Michelle Barnier and von der Leyen will hold a press conference at 14:55GMT, while UK PM Boris Johnson will hold a press conference at 15:00GMT.
